I Product Introduction

Five-layer Multilayer Pipes feature a standard structure: inner plastic + adhesive + aluminum + adhesive + outer plastic. This design combines metal pipe rigidity with plastic pipe corrosion resistance. We offer three series: PEXb-AL-PEXb, PERT-AL-PERT, and PEX-AL-PE for hot/cold water, underfloor heating, and air conditioning systems.

I Product Structure

Multilayer Pipe is five-layer composite pipe that combine the advantages of metal pipes and plastic pipes. Take PEXb-AL-PEXb as an example. From the outer to the inner layer, it comprises: PE(X), Adhesive, Aluminum , Adhesive, and PE(X). This design ingeniously merges the best of plastic and metal.

Product Features

1.High Strength & Temperature Resistance: Specifically, the PEX-AL pipe offers exceptional strength and can withstand continuous operating temperatures in water supply systems up to 95°C, making it an excellent choice for high-temperature radiator heating.

2.Easy & Permanent Formability:Can be bent manually and will maintain the desired shape and curvature permanently.

3.Superior Barrier & Durability:Provides an excellent barrier against oxygen diffusion and offers high resistance to corrosion, abrasion, and chemical attacks.

4.Efficient & Quiet Operation:Ensures minimal pressure drop and low noise transmission during operation.

5.Hygienic & Clean:The inner surface prevents scaling and incrustation. The plastic layers are non-toxic and do not alter the properties (color, taste, odor) of the transported fluid, ensuring sanitary quality.

6.Energy Efficient:Low thermal conductivity helps reduce heat loss and prevent condensation.

7.Hybrid Advantages:Successfully combines the primary benefits of both metal and thermoplastic pipes.

8.Dimensional Stability:Exhibits very low linear thermal expansion, comparable to that of metal pipes.
