In the continuous production process, a variable-frequency constant-speed traction system ensures stable and continuous forming of long-distance pipes. Finally, an intelligent numerical control cutting system performs fixed-length cutting according to engineering specifications. 4. Integrated Molding Specification of PERT Fittings
Supporting PERT fittings such as elbows, tees and straight joints adopt professional integrated injection molding and hot-press molding processes in standardized production. Before production, precision molds of different specifications need to be installed, preheated and strictly calibrated to ensure mold fitting tightness and product molding accuracy.
The one-piece integrated molding process makes the internal structure of PERT fittings compact and uniform, without internal gaps or weak splicing joints. This standardized process greatly improves the overall pressure resistance and structural stability of fittings. After molding, all fittings need to undergo mechanical trimming and manual fine polishing to remove surface burrs and sharp edges.

6. Standardized Post-Processing, Packaging and Warehousing Management
After passing all quality inspections, PERT finished products will enter standardized post-processing procedures. Staff will conduct professional dust removal and decontamination treatment on pipes and fittings, and repair tiny surface flaws to ensure qualified product appearance.
