PEXb Classic Pipe

PEXb Oxygen-barrier Pipe

The PEX oxygen barrier pipes designed with resistance to light and oxygen to inhibit the microorganism and prevent the metals in the heating system from corrosion and rusting. This advantage greatly prolongs the lifetime of metal parts, such as the valve, switch, boiler, etc, and ensures the wide application in high end housing. It is used in ground heating system, drinking water piping systems and other applications.

ANTI-UV PEX Pipe

Polygon Anti-UV silane cross-linked polygethylene (Pex-Anti UV) pipeis a newly developed products specially for outdoors' field, Nokia Mailefer Extruder, one-step MONOSIL silane cross-linking PE technology imported carbon black material is adopted to ensure everything in high quality.

PEXb Single Pipe (economical all-rounder): lowest cost, natural or colored layer, no additional skin, intended for standard under-floor heating and potable-water systems where oxygen ingress is not critical. 

PEXb Oxygen-barrier Pipe (metal protector): 3 layers or 5 layers EVOH shield improve oxygen permeation, eliminating boiler, valve and radiator corrosion.

Anti-UV PEX Pipe: (outdoor specialist): inner carbon-black layer blocks 99 % UV, extending outdoor service life to 25 years and indoor service life to 50 years; ideal for solar thermal collectors, exposed balcony drops, swimming-pool circulation and agriculture irrigation.

Base material & process: One-step Monosil silane-cross-linked PEXb, all withstand 95 °C peak, -40 °C cold brittleness resistance.

Mechanical set: Smooth inner wall, scale-free, 400 % elongation, thermal conductivity ≈0.41 W/m·K and quick installation with sliding sleeve connection/ clamp type fittings/ press fittings.  

Hygiene & Safety: Non-toxic, odorless, corrosion-proof, certified to DIN EN ISO 178, ASTM D-792/D-696.
