2. What are the limitations on the length and air volume of a single PE pipe?
According to installation specifications, the designed air volume for a single pipe is recommended not to exceed 30 m³/h (for DN75 pipes). Under these operating conditions, both air resistance and noise are within a reasonable range. The installation length of a single pipe is recommended not to exceed 20 meters; otherwise, it will result in significant air volume loss.
3. What are the requirements for the installation spacing of PE pipes?
When arranging straight pipe sections, it is recommended to use a pipe clamp every 80 centimeters. When the pipe makes a turn, due to stress effects, it is recommended to install a clamp every 30 centimeters on both sides of the bend, and the pipe's bending radius must be met. These specifications ensure the pipes are securely fixed, preventing deformation and noise during long-term use.
